Please read these terms carefully before requesting our mobile tyre services in Dubai.

1. Service Scope

We provide mobile tyre repair, replacement, and roadside assistance services across the Emirate of Dubai. Our services are available 24/7, subject to technician availability and weather/traffic conditions.

2. Estimates and ETA

While we strive for a 15-20 minute arrival time, all ETAs provided are estimates based on current traffic and location data. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., major accidents on SZR, severe weather).

3. Pricing & Payments

Prices are quoted before work begins based on the service requested. All quotes are final once accepted by the customer. We accept Cash, Credit/Debit cards, and Bank Transfers at the roadside.

4. Customer Responsibility

The customer must ensure their vehicle is in a safe location for the technician to work. On highways, customers should pull over to the hard shoulder and stay behind safety barriers if possible.

5. Warranty

All new tyres fitted by our team come with a standard manufacturer's warranty against defects. Puncture repairs are guaranteed for the life of the tyre under normal driving conditions.

6. Cancellations

Cancellations made after a technician has been dispatched may be subject to a nominal call-out fee to cover operational costs.
